Sanobar Valiani

Sanobar’s journey into movement began through her own healing. After years of chasing “health” through extremes while working in a demanding legal career, she found herself burnt out, disconnected, and running on empty. Stepping away to focus on recovery changed everything... physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through that process, she rediscovered the joy of movement for the sake of feeling good… not just looking a certain way. What started as personal healing became a passion for helping others reconnect to their bodies in a more sustainable, supportive way.

Sanobar is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and Advanced Mat Pilates instructor. Her classes are grounding, intentional, and designed to help you build strength while feeling more at home in your body. She believes movement should leave you feeling empowered, energized, and connected... never depleted.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, Sanobar creates a welcoming space that encourages you to move with awareness, challenge yourself with compassion, and let go of all-or-nothing thinking.
