  • Evolve’s objective is to make yoga accessible for practitioners at all levels. We offer a Foundations of Asana class 2x per week so beginners can learn the basics in a judgment-free space with other yogis beginning journeys of their own. After completing several Foundations sessions, you will be ready to graduate to Hatha and Vinyasa classes. Yin and Restorative yoga is also appropriate for all yogis.

  • You can sign up for any yoga class at this link, or by downloading the Walla mobile app (Apple or Google). Explore the schedule, select the class you want to attend, and hit “Book”. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Our knowledgeable staff will provide detailed instructions for first timers. We recommend using the infrared sauna 3 - 4 times per week for 15 - 30 minutes. Cold plunge, 2 - 3 times per week for 1 - 5 minutes.
